When we opened Tempe Kia in 1997, we started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Kia dealerships in the Southwest.
We realize that we are not perfect and that there are times when we make mistakes and we fall short when handling our customer’s needs. When this happens we try to do two things—first, do whatever we can to rectify the problem and make the customer happy in spite of the error; and second, to learn from our mistake and take the steps necessary to make sure that we don’t repeat it with other customers. That is what being a Circle Of Excellence Dealership is all about….continually looking at every customer-focused process in every department to make sure that we are striving to take care of our customers to the best of our ability so they want to come back to Tempe Kia to purchase, service and accessorize their vehicles.
