Dine Out At Rustler’s Rooste
Dine out with friends or win at date night when you make reservations at Arizona’s award-winning steakhouse, Rustler’s Rooste.
The Rustler’s Rooste Dining Experience
If you’re headed to Rustler’s Rooste, you can get fancy or stay in your relaxed attire, for a night taking in the view with your significant other, your family, or a group of friends. The Restaurant sits on a butte in the foothills of the Southern Mountains, so it’s elevated above Tempe giving it a brilliantly glowing view of the city lights at night. In addition to the breathtaking view of the city lights, Rustler’s Rooste’s unique features include an indoor waterfall and the “Tin Slide”, which was once part of an escape plan from bounty hunters.
Rustlers Rooste Apps and Sides.
After you’ve had a moment to take in the sights at Rustler’s Rooste, you can start your meal with a cowboy appetizer. We suggest the Jumbo Potato Skins or the South Mountain Nachos with brisket. Rustler’s Rooste has a long list of entrées, and they are all served with a family-style house salad, ranch dressing, authentic Indian Frybread, and cowboy beans. You can add a side of Grilled Asparagus, Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Macaroni, or Jumbo Baked Potato.
The Rustler’s Rooste Menu
The magnificent view at the roost is matched by an equally magnificent menu with fine cuts of steak, prime ribs, chicken, seafood, and their famous rattlesnake.
If you have a big appetite, order the All You Can Eat Beef Ribs which are seasoned and smoked on low heat. If you’re in the mood for seafood, try their grilled salmon topped with honey dill butter, served with rice pilaf and corn on the cob.
